More than immaterial capital, Moroccan youth is the precious capital that must be listened to, fructified and valued to make the most of its enthusiasm, its creativity and its ambition to get out of the gloom and the inevitability of the lack of imagination, ideas or will. It's up to young people who are grateful to their elders for respecting our deeply rooted institutions and values to shape the Morocco of today and tomorrow. It is necessary to think outside the box of worn-out ideas, the cynicism of opportunists and to give real meaning and consequences to quality, citizenship, responsibility and ethics to break the deadlock.
We can no longer propose yesterday's sloppy pseudo solutions without vision and visibility for today's world and the world we must bequeath to future generations. There is an urgent need for intelligence, competence, consistency and consistency and young people when well educated, trained and mentored are capable of miracles and wonders, so give them their chance! Who benefits from the disorder and underdevelopment to keep the status quo and immobility, and encourage insignificance, laziness, unconsciousness and mediocrity that relegate us to unflattering global rankings despite our scattered efforts and the hard work, low-paying and corrupting
In various speeches, His Majesty the King, whom God assists, has constantly sounded the alarm of the dilapidation of the capital of our deserted and desperate youth by its marginalization in the production system and by public economic and social policies. disconnected from the realities of the national terrain and unable to meet the challenge of international competitiveness. These short-term policies are therefore expensive and inefficient and cause more dysfunction than they bring solutions. Let's read attentively the unquestionable royal diagnosis on Friday October 13th, 2017 of the legitimate frustrations of the citizens and the young people that it has just reiterated the Monday, August 20th, 2018:
"In the current state of things, greater firmness is needed to break the laissez-faire and fraudulent practices that harm the interests of citizens.
"The problems are known and the priorities are clear, we do not need to resort to other diagnoses because there is already plenty of diagnoses. Many times, We took stock of the situation and taken full measure of dysfunctions, which are known to all Moroccans.
Because, what do we ask in the end? in the first place, effective implementation of planned and initiated development projects; correlatively, the search for practical and feasible solutions to the real problems of the citizens and answers adapted to their reasonable demands and to their legitimate expectations in terms of development, education, health, employment, etc.
Today, Moroccans need a balanced and equitable development, guaranteeing the dignity of all, generating income and jobs, especially for the benefit of young people; a development that contributes to creating a climate of tranquility and stability, and which promotes a successful integration into the family, social and professional life that every citizen calls for. "Excerpts from the speech of His Majesty the King at the Opening of Parliament on 13/10/2017
Clearly His Majesty the King and the Moroccan people behind him want deeds and achievements and not words and speculations to give the Moroccan youth citizen and talented the place of choice which is his in the building of Morocco today and tomorrow. This is what we try to do at our humble level at the Moubadara Foundation for 25 years leaving our balance sheet despite the lack of means speak for us without any pretensions simply we have done our duty what everyone must do as that citizen and contribute with love, pride, dignity, self-denial and modesty to the development of our country without expecting anything in return except the moral satisfaction of the accomplished duty.
And after so many royal reminders to the order no one has any more right to the excuse or the error everyone must do his best to serve his Faith, his Country and his King, so that the allegiance is a real awareness to double effort and performance, and not cumulate privileges in carelessness and indifference .
