The Moubadara Foundation for Youth and Entrepreneurship (MFYE) https://moubadara.org has been involved for more than 30 years in the field of socio-economic and professional integration of young people and women with tangible and considerable positive and convincing results from the field.
MFYE: with 50 full-time experts in the field of social economy and entrepreneurship FMJE has been leading entrepreneurship caravans and partnership forums for 10 years in the regions of Morocco where it supervises 20 platforms equipped for the reception, orientation and training of young people, particularly in the regions of Marrakesh Safi and El Haouz where it accompanies and supervises entrepreneurs.
MFYE has been a partner since 2019 of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) https://indh.ma Moroccan program supported by the World Bank. FMJE has signed 20 cooperation agreements with the provinces and prefectures of five regions where it supports 3000 project leaders in pre- and post-business creation, particularly in the region of Marrakesh Safi, and the region of El Haouz where it manages platforms at the service of young people who welcome about a thousand beneficiaries.
Global Ranking of Morocco in Entrepreneurship:
According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor 2018 report, Morocco presents indicators relating to the relatively high entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial potential. Indeed, the level of entrepreneurial activity in the Kingdom has increased from 5.6% in 2016 to 8.8% in 2017, thus significantly improving its ranking on an international scale. This finding of an acceleration of the entrepreneurial dynamic is all the more credible since it emanates from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), which remains the largest study on entrepreneurship in the world, and has been doing so for some 20 years. years. Fifty-four countries participated in the GEM 2017-2018 survey covering 67.8% of the global population and 86% of global GDP.
Self Employment and Business Creation for Young People:
Faced with the difficulty of finding a salaried job, more and more young people with a free and independent mind and who like to face challenges are turning to the act of doing business. An act that many describe as an obstacle course, since this brave act faces difficulties that prevent its emergence. What discourage young project leaders in a business environment, the least we can say is that it supports free initiative. The existence of rent situations reduces the room for maneuver of new project promoters. Add to this the fact that access to information is rarely facilitated by bureaucrats in need of purchasing power. But we all know that without easy access and sharing of information about entrepreneurship, it's difficult for young investors to get into business. Young investors who go out of their way to access bank financing. Bank financing is often expensive and inaccessible.
The Technical, Financial and Logistical Difficulties of the Young Entrepreneur:
Indeed, funding agencies, especially banks, do not always have easy and simple mechanisms for young entrepreneurs to really achieve their projects. Since they can not have the collateral required by the banks, they are often forced to give up projects that are so important to them. Other barriers include the lack of a commercial justice system that can resolve potential disputes in a timely and constructive manner.
