This approach is based on a realistic, intelligent and interactive diagnosis of the human, natural and material potential of the territory and formalize it in the creation of very small and medium enterprises (TPME) which optimizes the productivity and the attractiveness of the territory and values ​​the initiative and the creativity of regional human resources.
This mastered engineering of regional entrepreneurship, unlike other initiatives doomed to failure because disconnected from reality, explores a tested scientific and technical method that capitalizes the best practices of the developed and emerging world in the social economy and solidarity, agricultural and industrial economy, tertiary, collaborative and digital economy It is exploring unlimited pools of business creation to great success.

1. M.P.D.E "Handbook of Proposals for the Development of Moroccan Enterprise":

The MPDE is based on the collection and analysis of the problems related to the creation and development of the SME, which problems would be grouped by theme and identified by sheet according to a methodology that involves feasibility studies and resulted in proposed solutions accompanied by procedure manual required.

 2. Integrated Network Business Nurseries:
It is an innovative concept adapted to Moroccan realities, where access to land and premises poses a great problem, and which also takes into account new methods of coworking and internet connections and new technologies in addition to provision of adapted spaces and trained and competent human resources to make each project leader a factor of success and development.

3. Formator or Regularization of Informal Units:
The UNCED-supported FORMATOR program brings together a range of accompanying measures, technical, social, legal, fiscal and financial advice and coaching to facilitate the qualified and controlled transition of informal production units to form a small business. , Sarl or official SME.
FORMATOR's ambition for 2019 is to:
• Raise awareness of more than 50,000 T.P.E through direct communication sections and 200,000 through mass media communication.
