THE MOUBADARA FOUNDATION is a Moroccan association of international scope engaged on the ground for more than 20 years in partnership the public and private sectors to support the project leaders, the promoters and the young entrepreneurs and to bring them the educational, technical and strategic assistance quality necessary for the success, development, expansion, sustainability, sustainability, performance and competitiveness of their business.
The genesis of the Moubadara Foundation has its origins in the Young Entrepreneur Movement launched by the founder twenty-five years ago to federate the forces of young entrepreneurs in Morocco and make them benefit from the collective intelligence and the solidarity of interactive networks and develop creative synergies. This virtuous dynamic has resulted in the launch since 2004 under the High Patronage of His Majesty the King that God Assists the "Salon Moubadara Entrepreneurs" This show is a great success for having initiated thousands of projects of enterprise for youth project leaders in various sectors of agriculture, industry, service, new economies, social, health, environment, energy, digital or collaborative sectors.

The Moubadara Foundation, driven by its patriotic and citizen motivation with its institutional, professional and associative partners, engages with young entrepreneurs to assist them in the various stages of the development of their projects since the validation of the idea, the study market, the choice of the structure and the legal form, the instruction and the outcome of the technical and financial file, the reception in the nursery, the recruitment and the training of the human resources and the accompaniment on the organizational level, managerial and commercial to ensure the viability and profitability of the project, and proceed by step to its consolidation and expansion and facilitate its local anchoring to contribute to sustainable territorial development, generate sectors of excellence and bring out clusters of competitiveness.

The actors and members of the Foundation are men and women of action from the business community who are aware of the evolution of the national and international entrepreneurial landscape in evolution in the face of sociocultural, economic and technological changes that influence and dematerialise the production system, transform the structure of employment, self-employment, entrepreneurship and enterprise. And at the national level the founders have shared their experiences and recommendations in various consultative bodies such as the EESC or employers such as UGEP or CGEM to sensitize legislators and decision makers to the real needs of young entrepreneurs starting from the objective diagnosis the reality of the field and the careful expression of the actual expectations of entrepreneurs and highlighting the respective roles and contributions of government, institutional, territorial and professional stakeholders to create an effective and innovative ecosystem to support youth entrepreneurship.
The Moubadara network includes in Morocco several ministries, public institutions in charge of enterprise and investment, employment or training such as MOROCCO SME, ANAPEC, OFPPT, AMDIE) of international institutions, cooperation agencies, local authorities and regions, professional and employers' associations, banks, funding funds, experts and consultants directly or indirectly concerned with the promotion of entrepreneurship, the regularization of the information sector and social integration, and economic and social integration. professional youth.
